By using this website or engaging Army of Me ("we," "us," "our") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide AI-assisted video production, including digital persona creation, voice generation, lip-sync, localization, and editing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate quote or statement of work agreed with you. Pricing on inquiry.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all materials you provide (scripts, brand assets, footage, images, and voice recordings) and that you have obtained any necessary consents from individuals appearing or speaking in them.
For any digital persona based on a real person, you must provide, or authorize us to obtain, that person's signed consent. You agree not to use our services to create misleading impersonations, fraudulent content, or material that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
Upon full payment, you own the final videos we deliver and the persona assets created for you, except for any third-party or pre-existing components (such as stock voices, music, or our underlying tools and templates), which are provided under license. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit are set out in your quote. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms specified, and work may pause if payment is overdue.
The number of included revision rounds is defined in your quote. Because deliverables are custom digital goods, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable; we will work in good faith to resolve any quality issues.
Our videos are produced using AI models. While we apply human review and quality control, AI output can contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before you publish or distribute them.
You agree not to use deliverables for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful purposes, including non-consensual deepfakes, disinformation, or impersonation. We may decline or stop any project that we believe violates these terms or the law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services and the website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
